Special Order Dinner – Omakase. A wonderful dinner! Order ahead and the chef prepares a wonderful meal of the best that is available. BBQ fish, salad, special types of sushi, marinated tuna and more! Definitely a special meal for a special occasion. Be sure to order well in advance, the chef has to order the food specially.
Quality. I have dined here more than a few times and have sent several close friends to this place! My husband and I are very picky with cultural food places here in Kingston (being from a larger city)…But I must say that this sushi place is always spot on! Fresh ingredients and stellar presentation!
Beautiful Creations.. I ate here with my best friend the other day, and was completely blown away by the friendly staff. The food is noticeably fresher than other sushi restaurants that I have been to. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for healthy, tasty and fresh sushi.
One of the best sushi restaurants in Kingston. The special rolls are amazing and they actually fill you up. Quick service as well, which was surprising because everything looked like a great piece of art. I usually don’t take pictures of my food because I just want to eat it right away but I just had to for Akira’s sushi.
PERFECT SUSHI. Akira is phenomenal. I have ordered both eat-in and take out, and the food is always delicious and well-presented. The fish is fresh, and they don’t skimp out on the servings. The prices are affordable and the service is great.I’ve eaten at many sushi restaurants in Kingston and Akira is by far the best!
