Their food is okay but the service is always terrible. You have to wait for minutes before being seated because the waiters/waitresses are not very observant of the entrance. It’s also difficult to ask for something at the table because they often walk past without paying attention.
Very great service. Went there with my mother, and she is gluten intolerant. The waitress bent over backwards to answer any questions we had about the kitchen prep, and the dishes themselves. The pizza was very good, as well as the pasta we had. We enjoyed our lunch there very much. Would go back again for sure.
Gluten Free Pizza -pretty good. They have a good gluten free pizza crust and will tell you to only add 4 toppings so it cooks through. A bit overpriced for a small 4 slice square pizza but at least you can satisfy a craving for pizza. Their riblets are very tasty and service is pretty quick. Portion sizes are good and it has a friendly atmosphere.
Ordered online, since they’re really promoting this finger cooking thing. My order still didn’t arrive after an hour. I called, she told me my order was only ordered 20 mins ago. I had the email saying otherwise. She said my entire order was free and apologized. My food arrived quickly after that. 4 cheesy breadsticks for over 4.00! Pizza was good, everything was barely warm, bordering on cold. I gave the guy a tip not knowing. 🙁
Overpriced mediocrity. In a city with so many restaurants, and great offerings for less why would you settle on this cookie cutter chain? If your terrified of trying new places and prefer dependably sufficient but not great meals, then BP’s is perfect for you.
Worst place in a terrible chain!. Save your time and money…This place SUCKS! Kelsey’s and JAKK Tuesdays are nearby and WAAAAY better!
