Coffee is good, but…. I come from London Ont, which has some fantastic and accommodating coffee shops. I usually go there to read, and going to CoffeeCo was no exception, except that I was essentially kicked out after 1 hour since they REQUIRED for me to buy another coffee (which I didn’t want) before they could give me another coupon for 1 more hour of internet service. The bottom line is that your coffee is good, but it is nothing to rave about, you should be offering some incentive for your customers to stay. I agree with whomever wrote this in the previous review.
Disappointed. Great coffee, but service seems to have gone down with professionalism. The WIFI is now also limited to one hour of access for every purchase. Give me a break, I’m paying $6 for a coffee, I should be able to park on the wifi for longer than an hour. Used to be a great place to grab a cup of coffee and work on a school paper, but sadly it’s not anymore. I won’t be returning.
Flawless Coffee. I always seek out a good cup of espresso when I arrive somewhere, and having spent the last 8 days in Kingston, was no exception. I tried a couple of other sites downtown before wandering into the Coffeeco on Market Square. What a wonderful space, clean, modern and staffed by very professional baristas. Claudia used a manual machine to pull two perfect shots for my wife and I and then demonstrated her Latte art with different designs on each. Both the Latte and the Cappuccino were smooth, rich and had just a hint of chocolate flavoring in the beans. Easily the best espresso drinks in Kingston, we went there each morning (a ten minute drive each way) to start our day off just right!!
