Great meals by the water. I’ve been to Driftwood several times – for both lunch and dinner. The meals are always delicious and beautifully presented, and the service is friendly, courteous and prompt. Definitely worth a try before they close for the winter (lunches and dinners till end of September and just dinners in October – at the moment anyway).
Sadly, the service at Driftwood is so slow, that we had to leave before having an opportunity to try the food we’d read about in the Whig this week. Over 20 minutes after seating before our drink order was taken. The place was less than half full. No apology was offered, and it took another 10-15 minutes before drinks were delivered. Not worth the trip.
