Never again will we go here! we use to love East sides.. But this one was so beyond bad.Hubby and I went for a date night movie and a dinner.the sevice was Awful! and the wait time was ridculse.We got there at 5 and was seated right away. They took our drink orders fast.after that it was down hill… they had a big bus come in. and they Focused all there attention on the bus and forgot about other custamers.. It was a hafl hour before they took our order… we gave them abrake cuse of the bus…. But it was almost an hour and a half before we got our food..We watched the table beside us get there food eat leave and than new custmers got the table. odred and ate and where gone before our food even fianly showed up…Even the buss load was doen and gone before they bothered to much with us…And we kept trying to ask them about our food. they kept sayign sorry I will get it right now.. and than forgot..By the end We missed the movie… as it took over 2 hours to get our food! and we had a baby sitter at home that I just payed out the but for for a 2 and a half hour dinner date.. and Could not afford to pay her more so we could go to a 2 and a half hour movie!When we complaned.. there responce was to at 1st do nothing.. Than we asked for managment. and they were like oh well we can take 10% off!really after that long you still want me to pay for food we waited 2 hours for! and was cold when we finaly got it.so they threw in free movie tickects! never again have we gone there. its been well over a year now and we go any hwere but!

We arrived in Kingston for a hockey tournament and searched for a restaurant that was able to accommodate a group of 40, half of which were kids. The owner together with his staff welcomed our team and did an amazing job. The kids had a great time, the service was the best we’ve seen from any east side Mario’s, and they did a great job on the food. Hats off to the staff and the owner for going above and beyond! We’ll be back for sure!
Too pricey. Used to be one of my favourite restaurants. Now it is way too expensive and there are limited gluten free options available. We have stopped going as the last time we waited for someone to serve us and it took a very long time and the menu prices had jumped by a few dollars per item. Might as well drive into town for some real italian if you are paying top dollar for a meal.
Just watched a waitress stir a beer with her finger to make it have a little foam on top so the customer does know its been sitting out for about 15mins…
