Great lunch. I like the midnight special and the ranchero burritos. Jose the owner is always friendly and remembers the regulars.

Just bad. I’ve been here three times now against my wishes and i must say i cant understand the appeal.Tiny portions, barely any meat, limited selection on things you can get on it etc.I tried the chicken fajita, chicken vindaloo and the bean burrito. The chicken seemed really low quality and very fatty, and the bean burrito was really bland and had barely anything on it except for beans and a weird sauce.I honestly dont understand why people like this place.

Amazing. I’ve been here about 7 times now, and all of his food never ceases to amaze me.I’ve never had a better burrito, and his other food is also excellent.10/10

Yum. We have been ordering from El Asador for over 6 years. Never disappointed with the taste, freshness or portion size. The owner/chef is always pleasant and remembers me and my address between orders. (sometimes 6 months later). We have introduced many of our friends and family to this taste delight in downtown Kingston

Quick and great place to get a good lunch or dinner. Don’t let the front scare you off. The owner is a great guy who makes a good meal.

Tiny Burritos. El Asador serves up some of the smallest burritos I have ever seen, I have seen larger burritos off childrens menus. To their benefit, their burritos are fresh and you can even see them cooking them behind the cash register. However, for the price you are paying there are many better options in Kingston for your late night eats.
