  Much Better!. I stopped into Jimmy the Greek’s tonight and was happy to find friendly customer service and amazing food. I gave a fairly harsh review the last time I was here, but I’m happy to say that Jimmy the Greek’s is back on track and improving.07 Feb, 2015So Much Better!!!. I gave a fairly harsh review, not too long ago. I’m happy to say that Jimmy the Greek’s has improved. the cusomer service is amazing, i went there tonight and the manager (i think), was more than willing to throw on some more chicken for my favorite order… the chicken fillet… yummy. the customer service is really wonderful and accommodating. and the food was great!!

  WTH Jimmy?!?!. I go to Jimmy the Greek (Kingston, Ontario) once a week, the Chicken Filet dinner, it is really good. Even now that the price has increased and the portion size has decreased. NOW the service is inconsistent, at best. There has been a couple of times I’ve stopped in they don’t have the chicken. WTH?? They need to get their act together or I’m boycotting this place.

  I enjoy the food but…. It is not ok for staff to continuously eat on the floor, wipe there mouths with napkins and use that same napkin to clean food area afterwards serving without washing hands.
