Good food, need to work on customer service. My table ordered the same main courses but I got an additional side for which I paid extra. However, everyone on my table got that additional side with our meals. I asked the server why I had to pay extra and he said ‘they got lucky and I’m unlucky’ and walked away. Seriously? Nice going bud.
I wanted to like this so bad. In times like today, I eagerly want to support local businesses. My husband and I ordered a Falafel wrap each, and were not impressed. I found it extremely salty and my husband would say it was just OK. We were overcharged, and my husband went back. . We were charged extra for hummus (which wasn’t in the wrap) and taboulee, which both were suppose to come with it, which we were charged extra for. Hey I get mistakes and the owner was good about it and adjusted the price. I very much regretful say we will not be going back.
