Have been to Milestones many times and have had a great experience every time with the exception of a few days ago. We ordered a sandwich and burger and it took well over an hour. Both hostess and manager came out to apologize for the wait. Unfortunately we told the hostess to cancel the food because we have a show to catch. The manager came out with the food and said they will cover both food and drink and apologized again. It was a busy night, they messed up and still made it RIGHT! That’s customer service and that’s why I still give it 5 *****!
Stopped by Milestones for brunch on a Saturday morning. Both order breakfast tacos with home fries. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Serving size is large and filling! Coffee cup was never empty. Although I have never been blown out of this world with a meal at Milestones, it continues to be a reliable meal for our family. We will return.
