Panda Shanda. What a waste of time and food ingredients . Terrible. Slop. Dirty and really grungy. I wanted to hose down my chair and table with soap and water. But Mandarin Buffet is opening soon, just down the road from this dump. Finally Kingston will have a Chinese buffet that won’t make you gag at the thought .
Panda Garden. It has been the worst yet experience at a all-you-can -eat buffet ever. The food was cold it had very little taste anything with dough in it was mushy . This was not our first trip here it was our second and last, we thought that a second chance was okay but it was not. The owners of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves serving second rate food . We will never go there again and we will make sure everyone we know and work with knows how mismanaged it is.
Don’t go here. Based on several experiences over several years trying to give the bennefit of the doubt food is old and cold, only time it’s decent is if it’s dinner rush and they are forced to bring out fresh hot food cuz the trays get emptied and even sometimes art on top of replacing the empty Trays. service is terrible.. they never check on you or bring u napkins, or offer refills etc. Yet they expect a tip. The pop is flat and watered down. Also I know of several people who tried applying there and we’re refused and told they only hire family, friends of family or people recommended by friends or family. Anyone I know that has been here recently or not has had a bad or mediocre experience and always said the atmosphere and service was not at participating. Yes it’s a decent price but there are reasons why.
Blah – taste like appetizers from a freezer. Well the place is a little run down and nothing was great tasting… in fact it all tastes like food that was warmed up from frozen. The servers were not rude but they were definitely not polite either. I grabbed a couple of golf ball sized chicken balls and after cutting through I found a piece of chicken about the size of a raisin. The food was so unappealing I actually left hungry. This is one of the worst all you can eat buffets I’ve been to. Save yourself and go somewhere else.
In terms of buffet style chinese american food, I found the selction morebthan satisfying.the quality was above par when compared to similar restaurants. Staff was very cheerful and attentive. Overall good experience. Would return without hesitation.
The food had clearly been sitting out too long without being replenished, most of my meal was cold. I wouldn’t be surprised if people have gotten food poisoning from food held at improper temperatures. The waitstaff just stand there staring at you for the most part so it’s awkward as well. Skip this place, it’s not worth it.
Terrible Employees. So i went here with a few of my buddies, and I don’t like Chinese or Asian foods, so I didn’t eat. And the whole time we were there my friends kept saying that all of the workers were glaring at me, most likely because I didn’t touch ANY of their food. When the server came to address the payments, I tell her that i did not eat and she proceeds to look at my pants to see if i was hiding any food, i guess? And then when it came to bill time, the employee tried to give me a bill, and I said no I didn’t eat anything which then he replies with ya, we saw you eating on the camera. Are you kidding me!?!?!? I had no food while I was there and needless to say I’m never going back!!
