The delivery took 1:20h. Everything was stone cold. They forgot the French fries so I called and they were very nice and said they would send it right away. It’s been 45min and I’m still waiting…well not really cause I just don’t care anymore. The food was not very tasty either. (My dog was happy about it)It’s the second time I order and it’s cold. I will not make the mistake again. Why offer delivery at all if you can’t deliver it hot or at least warm? I would give a minus score but can’t.
We have been getting pizza here for years. The best inexpensive pizza in the city. They tend to get busy, but the staff have always been courteous. The new restaurant looks amazing!
Paradisso Pizza Kingston Horrible Cx Service Garbage FOOD. The manager/ Owner – the person who called back was not sure – was so rude, offered 5 bucks – the website stated SATISFACTION GUARANTEED – Yeah right. The food was garbage, dry, out of a bottle, it took almost an hour for delivery, it took 5 minutes for the guy to come back to get the food back – NEVER AGAIN
Pizza. Our Family gets pizza here at least once a month. It is so good. Most of the time the service is personable other times not so much.
YES!. I love this pizza. I believe it is the biggest you can get for the price as well. I have yet to be disappointed by a pizza from here.
Best and Biggest Pizza in Town. I read the review above and I would like to start this review by saying that Paradiso Pizza is actually not located in the middle of nowhere. They are located around the corner from the new Kingston Police Station, they have Q.E.C.V.I (high school) right behind them and are in the middle of a urban neighborhood.I have been ordering food from Paradiso for a very long time. They are a family owned place and you can tell they have the passion for producing great food at a great price. They have great customer service and friendly staff. I have had a mistake once (no restaurant is perfect) and when I called to explain this they replaced my meal with no hassle. I would recommend Paradiso Pizza to anyone who loves pizza (they have the biggest pizza in town!!) and Italian food.
Wow. This place is in the middle of no where. In a plaza that’s been forgotten by the rest of the city. It’s patrons look like they’re from the back woods of Hicksville and the food is underwhelming. I’m not sure how this place survives, but it seems to survive on bob and his sister wifes business.
