Dissatisfied and disappointed. The 414 princess street location has been a let down multiple times. The average wait time has been close to an hour, even when it showed a 30 minute guarantee. When I brought this up the driver made sure to argue saying the guarantee was not a guarantee. ah well that’s life

Pizza Pizza Gluten free ok not great needs more. Tried the online ordering but it was poor- so the telephone ordering experience was fine. The size is fixed at medium for GF. We picked it up for $16, the GF crust was ok, but the toppings sparse and over all taste did not equal their regular pizza at all. This seemed curious as you’d think they’d have the same amount of stuff. It was a bit dry and lacking in flavour due to inadequate toppings, esp cheese and sauce. They did, however, ensure that even the toppings were gluten free. If we get another we will add mozza either as an extra or at home.
Worst Pizza Pizza I have been to. Came here expecting what I would normally get from a Pizza Pizza franchise but have found their pizza to be consistently undercooked leaving an undesirable texture and look to the top of the pizza. This may be due to their extremely high turnover in staff as I have rarely seen the same staff working there and it always seems like the ones there are still doing their training.For Kingston I would much prefer any of the other pizza chains (Dominos, Pizza Hut etc.)
