The food here is always delicious, full of flavours! Usually during school time, the waiting time for the food is horrendous but we went after the exam time and the food came our super quickly! Our waitress was also super nice filling our water every time one of our glasses were low.
Their food is good but the restaurant itself is not very consistent with their hours. I had walked to the restaurant and was disappointed numerous times because they were closed.
The price is reasonable with most dishes costing $10. I had the Penang chicken. It was good but not great. I wish there were more vegetables with the dish, it was essentially chicken with rice and curry sauce. The curry sauce wasn’t bad but I have had much better elsewhere. Service was great.
Amazing Cambodian place. Good service, responsive hosts and finger licking food. Try their coriander chicken ( or tofu – if you are vegetarian). The only downside – some of their food is spicy and even if you ask for less spicy, it turns out to spicy for people who can’t tolerate much spice.
Great Cambodian food at affordable price with excellent service! Had the golden chicken for the first time there! Definitely will go back since I live close to this place.
Yum!!. I am impressed!! Absolutely delicious and so ridiculously well priced! I recently became gluten intolerant and have had a hard time finding things to eat. The staff here literally went through the menu with me item by item and told me the ingredients that were naturally Glutenfree, which they could make glutenfree and which ones may have cross contamination. The kitchen is somewhat open and i saw them take a new pan out and wash their hands, it’s nice to see someone do it without requesting it and just saying gluten free (i forgot). Wait staff is very sweet, knowledgeable and efficient, between that and the mouthwatering food, the place is always packed. Food is authentic and just so great. Highly recommended and as a meat eater, the panang tofu was AMAZING!!
Destination Restaurant. I have to travel to Kingston several times a year. I always make it a point to get to the Royal Angkor. They have fixed it up over the years but the food has always been excellent at reasonable prices. Best Spring Rolls anywhere and excellent soups. If service is a bit slow at times it is because they are busy, busy. Lots of people like this rough gem.
