Nice place for tea and conversations, especially after a nice dinner downtown. I usually get the Iron Goddess Oolong tea, but there’s so many to choose from and I actually like that they give you a pot of tea.The atmosphere is also nice and that they also have outlets, so this is an improvement over other coffee places downtown.

Love their ham cheese panini! Mocha latte pretty decent but I am not a coffee person.Smoothie a bit bland but love this coffee shop in the back for working since they have large table and comfy bar chairs. In the front , large open windows which opens up on the terrace for people watching. Friendly Servers.

Wonderful, warm environment with great food. The tea lattes are a must try here! There’s a wide assortment of lattes from espresso to tea based ones. I tried their Pumpkin spice with rooibos and white chocolate tea latte, which was delicious. There’s also many great home-make desserts including nanaimo bars, and cheesecakes. Great study atmosphere too.

Amazing Homemade Deserts!!. Not only do there coffee make me so happy every time I stop in, but all the deserts sitting in the their display fridge always pull me into to ordering at least one scrumptious item.Their deserts are so delicious and never disappoint!!!They also offer a large amount of gluten free desert that are all made in house daily.

I’ll be avoiding it in the future.. Honestly, the stuff they serve isn’t too bad. I just had a really bad experience there.I work a stall at the farmer’s market across the stall, and came in with an empty teapot asking to pay for a fill-up of boiling water for my tea. What I got was a flat-refusal. No explanation. From the owner herself. It was a pretty chilly, miserable day, so I went across the square to Coffeeco. They were more than happy to help me out.If I were asking for free boiling water, it would have been understandable. But I was offering to pay the tea price for a hot water fill up. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Homemade carrot cake to die for. I visit Sipps frequently as I am a student and it’s often a quiet place to get in some study time. I recently made the switch from coffee to tea. The staff was extremely outgoing and helpful while helping me pick a tea. The woman recommended the blood orange tea which was amazing. I also decided to indulge in a slice of their carrot cake, which I found out during my conversation is made in store as are many of their cheesecakes. All I can say about that carrot cake is OMG!!! It was out of this world. My friends have had the creme brule and peanut butter mochas and both gave rave reviews. On one occasion I have been asked on a Saturday afternoon after a couple of hours if I would mind sharing with another student or if I would allow people waiting to use my table which I more then happily agreed to. The manager had told me previously in conversation that on Saturday and Sunday afternoons they will monitor table usage to try to accommodate all of their customers which I think is fair. I will definitely continue to frequent Sipps and recommend it to anyone who hasn’t tried it.
