Bento box contained the best tempura — something like a Korean seafood pancake meets traditional Japanese tempura — I’ve ever consumed. The pork teriyaki was delicate and tender, with just the appropriate amount of sweetness. Exceedingly solicitous, kind service. Waiters and staff were patient and happy to have our young child eat with us. Immediately offered a high chair upon arrival and made sure we were comfortable. Prices are completely reasonable, especially given the quality of their offerings, and I noted with approval that they don’t try to nickel and dime their patrons by charging $3.50 for a soda like so many other restos do these days. Do yourself a favour and visit!
