Choice spot, Choice Bevy’s. Not only great atmosphere all round but you can enjoy a wide variety of great beers, such a bonus to be in a cozy bar in a small town and you can enjoy top quality beers from around the world! Experience Europe with a Stella, Bass, Becks, the USA with Rolling Rock, Shock Top, Bud family and of course Canada with Keith’s, Kokanee, 50 and many more! Cheers to that*
Amazing place to go!. The merchant tap house is one of the most amazing places for food,fun,drink and more! It’s staff is terrific and such an inspiring place to go in Kingston. We have enjoyed it every time we have visited it and plan to go back, Go and enjoy. Have fun and meet new people. Great place and historic too!
Great Food and Cold Pints. If you’re looking for a bite to eat or just a cold pint the Merchant is a great choice. Their pub fare is really good but they also do a nice steak dinner at a great value. The staff are friendly and they have lots of seating so you don’t have to wait for a table.

Diner. So great to go to a Restaurant that has real French fries. Hand cut and prepared from potatoes on site. Not those awful frozen fries other restaurants have. Also love their home made soups.
Great Food, Great Times!. I recently had one of the funnest nights of my life and it all happened at the Merchant Tap House. First my guests and I had delicious comfort food that was flavorful and delicious. After that we had some ice cold beverages and then got to hear some amazing live music. A band called ‘The Glorious Sons’ rocked the house late into the night! Between the staff who were the best looking in Kingston, to the manager Dave who was kind enough to check on us twice! during our dinner and then later called us a cab home after we had a few to many tasty beverages all in all we ate, we laughed, we danced! Great night!
