Bad Experience. Extremely bad customer service..paid 109.00 for delivery of food tonight, and did not receive 2 items. I was screamed at and told they checked and I had the product. I was missing 2 noodle dishes. I was told they don’t know what to do for me because they can’t refund money and will not make me what they owe me because they haven’t had dinner yet and they say I got the product. The woman screamed at me some more and finally hung up on me. We have company for dinner and now am down 2 entire noodle dishes and paid extra for them as they were not included in the dinner deal. This is awful customer service and I will never order again and we were long time customers. This was super shocking. I will be sure to spread the word about this bad service and appalling behavior on the phone when I was perfectly polite to them.
