Great location but not great food. I had brunch at windmills on May 31. I ordered the eggs florentine. Bad choice: cold spinach, cold mushrooms, hard english muffin, cold hard poached eggs, and very cold custard like hollandaise sauce. YUCK! Waste of money! The menu looked so good but food was a disappointment.
Went there for supper with my husband. The calamari were ok but the drinks and gnocchis were perfect!! Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff! I very much loved it while visiting this city
Always delicious!. This is absolutely one of the best places to eat in Kingston. Its gourmet food, and the service is excellent! Their meals are full of flavour and the decor is urban, no wonder they win awards locally.
Fantastic!. This was an amazing place. I brie was the best i’ve ever had. The chicken supreme was perfectly cooked and the veggies were nicely roasted and the potatoes fried. Finally my dessert was a special, brand new that night. It ended up being not so nice so they supplied me with another dessert free of charge. The atmosphere was nice as well, and the staff were so friendly.
Great food and fantastic service. Eggs Benedict is amazing.
Excellent Dinner for Two!. My sister and I went for dinner on a Saturday and it was surprisingly empty. The service was excellent, our server was knowledgeable and exceptionally nice. The food was absolutely superb, me having an open-faced sandwich of bison sausage with gruyere cheese, roasted red peppers and my sister having a mushroom bacon burger with fries. The service was very fast. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and cozy. Everything was just right.
I had the chicken supreme confit for my first visit. It was moist and delicious, with a very nice sauce. I was still a little hungry at the end even though the dish was $24. Service was a little slow even when the restaurant was rather empty.
