The Best Polish Food in the City. It`s a little bit tucked away in a forgotten strip mall at Dixie and Dundas, but starch fans need to go there. Some people may be thrown off by the decor–is it a bar, a cafeteria or a your Polish friend`s grandma`s Communist-era parlour–but Zagloba has the best Polish food in the city. Admittedly, I haven`t tried much on the menu because whenever I go I have one of the two things I`ve eaten there: the schnitzel (the best I`ve ever had) and the roasted football-sized pork hocks. Believe it or not, potatoes and your choice of cabbage-centric side can be added to any meat order.
