Stopped in Merrickville for a break while on my motorbike and had lunch and a pint at the Baldachin. Had the fish and chips, and was pleasantly surprised. First time in Marrickville as well, I think I’ll be going back again!
A friend took me to the Baldachin for a Bday lunch, it was excellent, I had the Burger, with soup which was very hearty!We have never been disappointed with the food here and the ambiance is bright but calming.
Always a great spot with friends to enjoy special events, as the MJazz Fest! Having nice drinks, wonderful food Beet and Goat cheese salad; topped off with a lovely pecan pie dessert, all set to a wonderful jazz concert. What more could You ask for?
