We ate there on Saturday for lunch, and enjoyed our meal outside on the lawn. On a hot day the bubble day was super, and our meal was really tasty.
Very sad that they are no longer open. It will be very challenging to find a hot and sour soup of this quality. Wish them all the best in their new endeavour.
Sadly, the Cha Tea House will cease operations on April 14, 2019. We loved this little gem of a restaurant in Merrickville and are sorry to see it go.
Their food is amazing. Home cooked. I have eaten most of the menu items and all were fantastic. Unfortunately they are closing in March.
Great! Friendly staff. Good food, very clean, well cooked. Definite return. It open up New Years for 1 request then we walked in and they were happy to cook for us.
