Amazing all together!. My boyfriend and I have recently moved to Lindsay. We are from Welland (neighbouring Niagara Falls). We have been to so0o0o many sushi places, and nothing even comes close to Teriyaki Town! The service is always fantastic, the quality of the food is unreal! It is such a wonderful little restaurant! If you love sushi, or are even trying it for the first time – go here! I promise you wont regret it, if anything you’ll be hooked! 🙂
This is one of my favorite japanese resaurant in lindsay. Nice presentation all the time. Especially i like chef jack’s spicy sauce on spicy salmon combo. If i sit in the zukeba, he sometimes serves his own uniquespicy sauce.
Friendliest Place in Town. I just love Teriyaki Town in Lindsay. The food is beautifully prepared and presented. It is fresh and the Sushi is spectacular to any, I have eaten elsewhere. It is made fresh for each order, right there in front of you at the Sushi Bar. They make their own traditional sauce, a different sauce for each entre. They serve a starter salad which has a delightful dressing, one which gives you an appetite. I have never had a meal there that I have not enjoyed. If you are one of those people who like desert, they have Japanese icecream in flavours you would never expect. It is a truly healthy experience. Being of Scottish origin, I am surprised at how addictive I am to this restaurant. The owners and their staff are delightiful people, so kind and caring. If it is your first experience to eat Japanese they take the time to explain their menus, so you know what you are getting. I have being going there since they opened and I still ask their advice. Also they will explain to you how to eat it. You are served with chop sticks, if you have never used these before they will instruct you on their use. But if you wish you can have a fork as well until you become more proficient in the use of the chop sticks. I myself eat there at least once a week, sometimes twice if I have the urge to pamper myself. Go and enjoy, I may see you there.
Best sushi. By far the best sushi in Kawartha Lakes. The food is hand-made and fresh, and they make their own soy-sauce. Great selection, great service and nice people. I go there at least once a week.
Best sushi I’ve ever had, excellent selection, great service. I go here atleast once a week.
I visited Teriyaki Town and for the service to be excellent and very friendly. The food in question is prepared with care. My only concern is that certain menu items are marked as vegetarian and were served with seafood placed on them; the menu item in question was the wakimee salad. Overall I would rate this restaurant a score of 67%.
Lost me as a customer.. I have been here a few times and thought it was pretty good considering I was getting sushi in Lindsay. My last visit there I had ordered a green dragon roll which even on the menu says shrimp tempura, however I was served it with faux crab and still charged the same price. I don’t know if they thought I wouldn’t notice or perhaps they simply didn’t care but I most definitely will not be going back.
