The chain needs to close down. This place is unfriendly and the portions are small and terrible. Eat at Crabby Joe’s if you are considering this place.
New business plan?. This bar has a 59% approval rating as of this writing. This must be be speaking towards the quality of the food, which was actually quite delicious. I wish I could recommend this place based on the food alone. The service was incredibly slow. There were 6-8 servers on staff, yet nobody came to our table for nearly ten minutes. Not so much as a simple hello. The man who appeared to be in charge was more concerned with talking to a couple of friends. Several of the servers were engaged in conversation with each other in a corner of the room while many customers went without service. We had never seen anything like it! It was not overly busy-maybe lightly steady. 50-60% of tables were occupied and they had more servers than they should need, although none of them seemed to know what they were doing. This would not fly at most restaurants. Hats off to the kitchen staff but the rest leaves a lot to be desired. Whoever owns this establishment must not be there very often or else I’d figure major changes would have already happened by now. Avoid.
I used my $25 Groupon to treat my best friend to lunch and it was a lovely meal. The restaurant was clean and modern , the service was good, and the Groupon covered the entire cost of the food and drinks. Well worth the drive in from Tillsonburg. 🙂
Pathetic. We dined as a family tonight at Bernies Bar and Grill in Byron. The restaurant was nearly empty, the service was slow and unpleasant.The nachos we ordered were barely warm, lacked ingredients and barely had any cheese on it. Half the cost of our bill was overpriced pop!!! Do yourself a favour and don’t venture here to eat.
Cheap draught. Good bar grub, reasonable price. Many big screen tv’s. A sports fan delight.
Great neighborhood bar. Monday wing deal! Reasonable prices and friendly service ( Mondays anyways) lots of tv’s to watch the big game
Service isn’t that great and the menu doesn’t have much variety. Good for burgers, chicken, or nachos.
