What a great little restaurant! We stopped for dinner on a Friday night…….the place was packed, but they found us a little corner. Our server was amazing…….she apologized for the tight space and gave us fantastic attention. The fish was yummy and very affordable. Were looking forward to a return visit!

This is a place I have driven by many times and vowed to stop some day and explore their lunch menu. It advertises significant fish options and has a lunchtime special of halibut and chips. Both my partner and I both enjoy fish and chips and, in a rare dining moment, ordered the same dish special.Had the battered Haddock with turkey vegetable soup and fresh cut fries. The piece of fish was very generous as were the fries. Neither had a greasy taste to and was cooked perfectly. The soup was home made and tasted as good as our own Christmas soup. I must also admit that I have a preferential bias for any restaurant serving fresh cut fries rather than the McDonald’s cook from frozen shoe string types. It just speaks volumes about any restauranteur going the extra mile to provide the freshest and tastiest meal for the patrons. We were dealt with efficiently and enjoyed the surroundings and would not hesitate to return.
