We truly enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Budapest Restaurant on 2018/06/16. When we arrived and all through dinner, Marika Hayek, owner, was sitting in court in the restaurant welcoming each new patron. She remembered us from past visits and even remembered our home city. Throughout our dinner as we had pauses between courses, we shared lively conversation with her. Our entrees of Rabbit Paprikash and Hungarian Platter (Chicken Paprikash, Wiener Schnitzel, Cabbage Roll) were both served with yummy spaetzle dumplings and a tasty cabbage salad; we both found them delicious. All during dinner, we truly enjoyed the keyboard stylings offered by a very fine musician who provided wonderful background music and still allowed us to converse naturally.and enjoy our meal. Our wonderful server was attentive, congenial, and helpful.
