We have been here in the evenings and it is TOO loud for our liking. After lunch hour is a better time. It is quieter. The food is great. Very tasty and served at the proper temperatures- wings & fries hot, salad cold. Service was good too, when they aren’t so rushed.
This is one of the worst places i have been to and its been awhile since i went out on a friday night cause i work afternoons, and it was a date night with the wife. The service was horrible waitress takes our order on a back of a receipt, that she gave to a customer. and she had to come back to take our service for a second time. when we did finally get our drinks she reached over my wife shoulder to place the drinks. my wife ordered a strawberry daiquiri that taste like virgin daiquiri. so we got a chance to talk to a manager and he got my wife a ice tea which was fine but it offering a different drink seems like a blow off just to make us happy and not really sincere. after that we waited for another 20 to 30 min. still no food and i noticed that other tables have food before we did and the got seated after us. so i got the manager and told him my experience for the first time is horrible. and this will be my last. not really apologetics he just said ok. customers should get more respect then just an ok. i understand busy is busy but you shouldn’t be forgotten. not worth the time.
