It used to be good now it’s disgusting. I’m pretty sure they changed the ownership. Piazza is not Italian nor Canadian. It’s just bland and greasy with no real flavor. The restaurant is dirty and suspicious people from outside will go behind the counter and grab food for themselves with dirty hands. Not sure what’s going on in this restaurant.
Ordered a meatball sub to go and it took 15 minutes to make. On my way out I asked for some extra napkins and they told me I had to buy something else for more…are you kidding me? The sub was terrible…had one bite and fed it to my dog. Don’t waste your money at this dump.
Ignorant employees, mediocre pizza. Cousin Vinny’s is hands down the worst service I’ve ever had. Two hours after we ordered we called to see if our pizza was coming at all, or if we could negotiate a discount. The guy proceeds to yell at us and tell us he doesn’t have time for us. He also refused to give us the number of any other worker or supervisor and hung up on us repeatedly. With this type of service, and pizza that is often burnt, I’m surprised Cousin Vinny’s is even still there. Would not recommend.

Worst customer service ever. On Friday night my boyfriend and I ordered the pick 3 for $18.99. We ordered a medium pizza, 2lb wings and 12 mozza sticks, we placed our order at 8:05pm, they said it would be btwn 45-50 mins. It took an hour and half and when the driver came to our door, he said it was $30.00, I told him I was not paying more than $20.00 bc he was so late and our order was only supposed to be $21.50, so he took the food back and drove away. When I called the restaurant to complain about the time and the cost the manager told me that when we ordered we had added bread sticks, which we did not, he then said that because my boyfriend had placed the order, and I had called it did not matter bc he spoke with him and not myself. The manager was very rude, had no respect. Do not order from this place ever.
Mr Slice. The location is in a dumpy area. I picked up a whole pizza with 4 toppings for 12$. Everyone enjoyed the pizza.
