This is the location of the original Fire Roasted Coffee and is situated at the Western Fair Farmers market with a small coffee location on the main floor and the larger original outlet upstairs. The main floor outlet has limited seating and only open Saturday while the much larger bright and cheery second floor location with more than adequate seating, is open 7 days a week. The company has 4 total outlets and a coffee truck but almost all the roasting and grinding is done at the second floor location. Fair trade coffee is sold on shelves packed with different bags of coffee from various countries. Definitely a good place to shop for a blend for the coffee lover friend or partner.There are some limited desserts here but the emphasis is the coffee and you are usually able to select from 6 to 10 blends. Coffee is always hot and delicious. May be a few cents more than from other coffee shops but being able to sample an expensive blend of coffee is worth the investment.
