This place is amazing! I always have such a good time. The servers and bartenders are very friendly and the food no matter what i decide to order is great. The staff are very good at their jobs. Always making sure im taken care of. They even change the channels on the Tvs for me. The atmosphere is classic and cozy. Just like an English pub should be. It reminds me of my favorite pub back home:) this establishment gets 4.5 stars. Cheers!
Came in Friday night for food and karaoke hade a great time the food was awesome the entertainment was great drinks were reasonable price as well plus they have great promotions for hockey tickets and what not overall a great time
Was in for a hockey team tonight, we had a large party and got great service! The girls on our party, made sure we always had drinks and made sure our food was correct even when our kids took the wrong food.
How did this restaurant even get 66% rating? Second time being here and all I can say is that this is by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Even that was an understatement. Let’s begin with the service. The servers here are quite unprofessional. I heard about their complaints about their jobs effortlessly. Everybody was in a rush despite the fact that the place was practically empty. The servers did not know what the specials were and had no idea what was goin on on tv and when they would turn on the UFC fights. It’s a sports bar. Please have an idea what yee doing. Perhaps management need to hold a staff meeting? When the food came, the calamari that I ordered was clearly freezer burnt and soggy. Ive never seen calamari so unappetizing before. Thankfully they took it off our bill but the server was not very sincere with the apology. We were not asked if there was anything else we would have liked instead. So we ended up ordering the buffalo chicken and sweet potato fries. Common how can fries be possibly hard to make? Both dishes were also disappointing. The buffalo chicken was soggy and cold and so were the fries. The best food I had here was the carrot and celery that came on the side with the buffalo chicken. There are ao many tvs here. Why did it take 15 minutes to get switched a tv to the leafs game? People want to watch that… And although we requested for it twice, we were told to wait because the person that was operating the remote was busy. Again, the restaurant was pretty empty. Anyways, no sound on the tvs… Finally it got switched to the fights. Customers were all complaining because it took them so long to resolve such a small issue. Nobody wanted to watch college football or commercials. Lots more to say, but if u can’t go to crabbys cuz it’s too full, I don’t recommend this restaurant unless you’re willing to pay for low quality food and poor service.
Terrible experience. Long waits despite an empty restaurant. My wings came out burnt and over salted. Completely unedible. Boyfriends beer was watered down. Server was unapologetic- stated I should have said something. She would have noticed my food was charred had she checked on our table before we were done eating. Ketchup comes in little containers. All in all, it definitely looks like someone is cutting corners. Save yourself the poor experience and go to crabbys on a Tuesday instead where the refills are unlimited and the wings are better as well as cheaper.
