Poor Manners, Poor Service. Experienced the worst service at this restaurant… Beginning with the audible exasperated sighs by the waitress when requesting a bit longer to review the menu to the rolled eyes when mispronouncing an item. Poor manners = poor customer service. As someone with 7+ years retail management experience, I am aghast at the service provided by the 2 waitresses that I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. Will not return. Would not recommend.
Poor service time and again. Living in Wortley Village, we always try to support the local businesses. We have on several occasions now frequented Gusto and time and again are disappointed – the food is mediocre and the servers are awful. I have never EVER been treated like that in a restaurant before. There is some SERIOUS customer service issues that need to be addressed before I will ever try eating there again. Even if I’ve had a bad meal, if the service was exceptional, I’d try again – not this time Gusto! Try harder.
Amazing food the meatballs were to die for, the pizza is awesome and the Caesars have the best rimming salt as well. Love this place.
Excellent service and food was very tasty.. Sangria was exceptional . Delicious hummus wrap. Amazing hamburger. The waitress was very warm and inviting. She made us feel comfortable and at home.

Disappointed. Most recentky visited a Wednesday night in June which was half price night on certain items. This was my fifth visit to date. Although wortley village has no great dining options as far as most upscale deco this would be the best of them. I will try my best not to return again hiwever. My server was more friendly this time which was refreshing but the food as always was overcooked/undercooked/cold, portions way to small for the price. Pizza was half off on Wednesday and half cooked. Wine list is the best thing about Gusto.
Delicious food. Went with a couple girlfriends, and we were all thrilled with the food. Butternut squash soup was perfect, salmon pizza was the amazing, burger was probably the best i’ve ever tried. I can’t rave enough about this food,HUGE portion of delicious cheesecake. The three of us shared one, and saved the other two to go with wine later. The service was on par, better than most restaurants with Michelin stars, that I’ve been to. The only negative thing I can say about this place is it is hard to find. Drove past it three times before spotting the small three car parking lot.
