Our first visit to this restaurant as we dont have one in our home town. Typical large restaurant franchise but no waiting lines and quickly assigned table. Staff extremely polite and friendly. We started with drinks, and had to return one, but was handled like pros. Crab and lobster appetizer was delicious. My wife had chicken parmigiana and found it to be dry stating barely any tomato sauce. She would not order again. My NY steak was cooked to medium rare to perfection. Veggies and mash potatoes yummy yummy. No room for desert. Server bringing ketchup to table confusing but we appreciated her efforts!!
