Generous Gift from the Kantina. Love this place!!Some time ago, a co-worker friend & I planned on dinner at the Kantina Restaurant. It was Christmas time & we wanted to get together with our spouses to celebrate the season, so we made reservations. A few days before our dinner at Kantina, my co-worker & I learned that the place where we worked was not doing well & was going out of business. Of course, now that we were suddenly unemployed, we could no longer afford to splurge on an evening out with dinner. We called Kantina to cancel at the last minute.A few minutes later, the restaraunt called, saying that they still wished us to come & would help us pay for dinner with a Gift Certificate. (which was delivered in person!)We were thrilled & moved by the kind gesture. After the shock of suddenly being un employed wore off & Christmas over, we were finally able to all go to the Kantina Restaraunt. It will continue to be our favorite place for a terrific meal!Can’t say enough!Great food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere.
