Scraped sauce off special order pizza. Special order pizza for a child with special needs who doesn’t want sauce, sounds simple, just don’t add the sauce. Not only did they add the sauce, then they must have remembered, oh yeah, no sauce so instead of starting a new pizza, they scraped the sauce off, put on cheese, etc. Then they cook it and hand it off. Really? Who does that? Just use that pizza for another order and do the special order. No sorry when we had to return the pizza, no, let us make that up to you…Very poor customer service.
