WORST SERVINGS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I ordered over the phone and reviews my order on time. I got chicken teriyaki and rice… Except no chicken teriyaki was delivered. I got rice and bean sprouts. So, I called and politely explained the situation. The woman on the phone talked to me like I was the dumbest person she’s ever met. It was cruel. I said I would no longer order food from there and hung up. She was yelling as I hung up. My boyfriend called, asked to talk to a manager and it was the same woman? She talked over my boyfriend and insulted me. All he asked was that they treat their customers with respect! I will never order anything from this trashy place again.
Food review of Little Panda. So disappointed. Must have changed ownership recently. We ordered hot and sour soup that tasted like dish water; vegetable spring rolls that tasted like what I would by in the frozen food section of the supermarket, sweet and sour chicken balls, they were for the kids and probably tasted like sweet and sour chicken balls; cantonese chow-mein that was soggy and tasteless and egg-plant with lots of sodium laced sauce and a bit of egg plant. Worst ever everything for a cost of $54.81. This had been our go-to take out chinese restaurant. We will not order from here again.
Bad first attempt, will try again. Cheap delivery.. Ordered a budget general tao combo for delivery with extra spring rolls and won tons. spring rolls were okay, crispy yet small. won tons excellent. my general tao was a bright red candied sauce ordered extra hot yet lacked spice, rest of combo was bland and cold. id give it another try but would be careful on what i ordered.it did come fast and cheap. still searching for a new goto delivery spot in this area.
Great food, great prices!. For a little hole in the wall this place has great food, portions and prices! We order from here often 🙂
Roxy. I was excited to try the noodles from here and ordered the house specialty – it tasted reheated and I could not have been more disappointed. The only memorable taste was the deep fried won tons which were delicious. The rest was forgettable.
I have ordered from here a few times, every time the person on the phone says it will take 30 minutes. The food has always taken an hour. We have tried a few different dishes the 3 times we have ordered from here. The food is disappointing. Perhaps I have been spoiled by authentic Chinese cuisine living in Toronto all of my life. I will not be ordering from here again. Avoid the noodle dishes and the broccoli with beef.
