Got a fattoosh for lunch and it was unedible. I am not a picky eater, but this salad had half an inch of dressing in the bottom of the container (not exaggerating by any means) which was basically bottled lemon juice, olive oil and barely and of the typical spices you would normally find in fattoosh. Vegetables in the salad were soggy an not fresh AT ALL. The tomatoes fell apart when trying to pick the up with my fork, cucumbers were mush. Compared to Barakats this place is crap. Don’t waste your money unless u are into large portions of terrible food. Didn’t have a shawarma but won’t even dare try when u can’t make a simple salad.
Fantastic. I’m a man that likes his shawarma. For a while now I’ve been looking for a good place to chow down on it in London. There have been some ups and down, but having found London Shawarma I’ve found myself going there time and time again. They’re competitively priced (you get a sharwarma/falafel combo including drink and salad/fries for under $10 including tax), have a great selection (only place in London I’ve found with Lamb Shawarma), and they actually season their fries. They also jam pack their shwarma until it’s nealry bursting with delicious ingredients. They have plenty of space to dine in (though the furniture is a bit dated), but they also do take out and delivery (though I have yet to use their delivery service). The one negative I have is that when it does get busy around lunch service can slow down slightly, but the food is more than worth it.
