Horrible customer service and it was even my birthday today of all days, never ordering from here again. I ordered not one sandwich but two, and they said they would not give me the 2nd sandwich. When it made sense I ordered two as I ordered 2 of everything on my order ex, 2 blueberry pies, 2 apple pies, 2 burgers, they said in order for me to get the 2nd sandwich I’d have to pay 12$ for it, which is ridiculous. Why the hell would I just order 1 sandwich when I’m ordering 2 of everything else!! Like, ugh!!!
Horrible customer service, don’t provide any business to this business that is run by nothing but rude employee’s that turn away quality business; I’ve given several chances for Luigi’s to gain me as a loyal customer and each time they treat you not as a loyal customer but as scum that they just want to get rid of. The food is decent for a little local shack when you order it to your home but don’t even think about dining or relaxing in there location, it’s very uncomfortable with no hospitality from the staff so you don’t even want to go back. I will never go back and I will never give them my business again, and I will let all others know about my experiences so they can avoid this place and find a better place that treats them with respect and honours there business. STAY AWAY!

Authentic quality crust and ingredients….Superb!. We ordered and extra large last week and it was superb. The perfect mix of toppings and extra cheese baked just right. The crust is of classic quality and exceptional taste that the econo-pizza shop cannot match. It is worth a little more on the bill if you are all about taste and quality. Give this one a try, it’s the real thing.
Never again. Placed an order for the first time today. After an hour it still had not been delivered so I called to see what was going on. Not only was it not on the way but IT HADN’T EVEN BEEN MADE YET. The woman whom I spoke to literally said ‘Sorry…do you still want it?’ and that was it. Brilliant customer service.
