As far as fried chicken goes this is better than KFC and miles ahead of Popeyes. Chicken is juicier and less breaded than KFC or Popeyes but it is fried and probably not healthy. Can Kentucky Baked Chicken be far off? Can see it happening.

The chicken here is waaay better than KFC, and the hot chicken sandwiches are the best!!
