Quality has definitely deteriorated here. I used to go here often when it was called Conception Sushi. It was fresh, excellent, and tasty. The place was completely empty at 6 pm…. my first clue. Quality of sashimi was substandard. Didn’t taste fresh at all. Teriyaki chicken was a thin, frozen, processed breast cut into strips. Terrible. Not what it used to be. Too bad.
One of the worst places to dine! my whole family came in for a special event and we ended up receiving the worst customer service ever. We ordered using the iPads, and waited for half an hour ( still received nothing).. Waited an hour (still nothing) we talked to the waiter and she brought these McDonald tasting fries, and 3 spring rolls. The service is garbage, and we got nothing what we ordered on the iPads. We were furious! We tried to talk to the manager, but she was ignoring us the whole time. they wouldn’t let us leave until we payed for all 5 members. They made us pay $65 for McDonald tasting fries, and threes spring rolls. Honestly if I were you, i would go eat at 168 sushi or Mandarin because they have a lot better kind service and end up the same price. Completely ruined our day.
Great family run little sushi joint. Excellent rolls and sashimi. Love their version of dragon rolls. Right by Victoria Hospital. So, a great place to grab a meal while waiting.
Was visiting from Windsor, googled best sushi in London and up came Conception Sushi, and we have to agree, Amazing Sushi, very friendly staff, great atmosphere, would definitely recommend it to friends and will return the next time we are in London@teresa Kitzul

Call 15 times with no answer. I have been trying to call for 20 minutes now and they keep hanging up on me. Gate them a 1 out of 10
Won’t go back. I had visit this place about 4-5 time and every single time the food takes for ever to come I order at 1200 and my food came until 130 and second of all not all my order it took another hour for the next plate I was there for 330 hours just for 4 thinks that I order . And the waitress wich I learn after is the owner or manager was rude and told my friend to slow Dow her eating and not to eat so much . I’m sorry is all you can eat so don’t tell us to slow down when we order 5 hand rolls . I won’t be going back there is too slow and rude for me ad I had just gone there 2 weeks ago because I was told it was better ….. Not at all sorry but will not ret there again .
