Made reservations for early Valentines day celebrations for Saturday lunch. A very different atmosphere and ambiance than the Richmond Ave location at the Masonville mall. Bright, spacious and airy, easy to access and good parking.We ordered the Garlic cheese bread as the appetizer and strawberry lemonade for drinks. The garlic cheese bread came with a garlic parmesan dip. Our four mains were:1. Seafood pasta with salmon, basa, shrimp in a lobster butter sauce, with an assortment of vegetables and vermicelli noodles topped with asiago cheese2. Miso glazed cod served with jasmine rice with an assortment of vegetables3. Cajun shrimp creole served with jasmine rice and an assortment of vegetables 4. Sirloin crab and shrimp in a lobster butter sauce served with seasonal vegetables and roasted garlic mashed potatoes.The food was very tasty, but with a few shortcomings. The sirloin strip had a gristle edge, which should have been trimmed off. This made a part of the steak chewy/inedible. Crab was visibly non existent. This is an expensive dish over $30. Though the dish was tasty, not real value for money.The cheesy garlic bread has a bit of a weird flavor profile. This was the first time we took leftovers of cheesy garlic bread home, without it disappearing like a magic trick before the meal.Other than plating aesthetics, the rest of the meal was enjoyed by all. Nothing beats their stacked burgers. I may have to stick to that in the future.Frendly and helpful staff. Checked with the head chef about nut contamination as we had a nut allergy person dining.Approximately $165 with tip, for four pax, no alcohol.
I attended a networking event at Milestones Wonderland last night and was blown away by the level of service and the quality of the food and beverages. Both the general manager and the head chef came out to greet each attendee personally, and made us all feel like VIPs. I absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to host an event, whether it is personal or professional.
Terrible Service! Made reservations for 11 people. Sever came to take our orders. A half an hour passes by when we inquire about our food. We were told due to food restrictions it will take a little longer ( the two who had allergies ordered salad), and the server was going to check how long it will be. 10 minutes later they say that our food is just being plated. After 20 minutes we inquire about or order again. The response we get is that it will only be a couple of minutes. At this point an hour has almost passed since we sat down. We decide to get up and leave. The manager doesn’t show up until the entire party has walked out the front door (even some backing out of their cars to leave), with a bunch of lame excuses why there was a delay. To which 11 hungry and annoyed women start complaining to him about how bad the service is at this restaurant.
Not for the faint of heart. Overall, food and service, score high. However, if you are watching the calories or leaning to heart healthy – use caution. The Prime Rib Hash (a brunch item) weighs in at a hefty 1570 calories. Salad entrees don’t shy away from calorie content either.
Only Good Restaurant In London, Ontario. If you are looking for great food, nice atmosphere, friendly staff Milestones is the place to be. I had a wonderful experience both times. I went to two different locations both in London and both were amazing. I will definitely be back to Milestones. Keep up the good work and great food. Thumbs up.
Summer Date Nights = great value. Great service, great food! We ordered the caesar salad, chicken, steak and ice cream. All were wonderful! Like this location more than the Masonville Mall one. Will definitely return!
Great food and amazing service! Our server was Dan F and he was awesome but we were at a lousy table. Another man saw me looking at a recently available 2 person booth and asked if he could help. Turns out he’s the manager. He promptly moved us and followed up. He would help clear tables, greet people and keep things running smoothly. At the end of the meal he took my feedback about the menu item I had ordered (surf and turf – I was hoping for a piece of lobster meat but it was shredded meat instead). The manager agreed and appreciated my feedback. Thank you Andrew for your attention to detail!!! Highly recommended location!!!
