Went in to Mucho Burrito today. I had ordered a burrito bowl, and while the lady was adding the ingredients I saw that I was being stinged. She hardly put anything in the bowl, and when I asked her to add extra, she flat out refused to do it and behaved very rudely. This restaurant used to be a great place to dine, but ever since the new owner came in things have changed for the worst for him to turn a profit. You used to get a card that would reward you with a free burrito after 6 (changed to 9) burritos, but he doesn’t hand them out during the summer, you used to get a modest portion when ordering food, and now you barely get anything. It’s a shame; I used to love this place, but I don’t think I’ll be returning any longer.

We ordered a Burrito Bowl with cilantro rice, chicken, grilled veg, guac, pico and medium salsa, sour cream, cheese and fresh cilantro. The second order was and hard and soft corn tacos with beef, grilled veg, hot salsa and pico, sour cream and cheese. The music was loud and festive. In all both meals were very bland and we were feeling ill within 20 minutes of eating.I’ve been to this place a couple other times and the food is always just ok. The price is average, considering you’re getting real meat. The people adding toppings may not know what gluten is or what contains gluten.

Best Mexican food, clean , tasty, fast !. First time for us, it was fast and you can see the whole kitchen from the counter, and yes it was spotless, the food tasted amazing it was fresh and delicious. My children went back for more since they loved it so much. We will return for sure!!!! Fresh warm tortilla chips with a sprinkle of lime juice really made our meal special.

Mucho Disappointment. After enjoying several meals at Chipotle’s in Toronto, that we were extremely happy with in all regards, we decided to try a more local option of the many Mexican places that have opened up recently. This was the first of such type of restaurant we tried in London. We were disappointed with the lack of flavour, and small portion sizes. We ordered Burrito bowls (no wraps). Only one size is available in these, so it’s not like it was small to justify the higher prices in the larger sizes. We got them meatless (we are vegan). I believe the prices were still the same even without the meat. So instead of meat we ask for both both kinds of beans (keeping in mind we also aren’t having any cheese or sour creme or any of the expensive toppings). At Chipotle’s we ended up with plenty of food ordering this way, but at Mucho, we got what ended up as a few table spoons of each kind of bean, as he did partial scoops, and about 4 slivers of peppers on each. Chipotles did a generous scoop of peppers, and a full scoop of each kind of beans in comparison. We added the chips and salsa, and we got the smallest scoop of chips I’ve ever seen tossed onto our tray. Not even enough for one person (smaller than a halloween kids chip bag). About 1/3 what we got in Toronto, and about 1/4 what we got a few days later when we went to their competition down the street.I believe the person serving us was some kind of manager/owner. The entire meal seemed stingy, so I don’t know if that might have been why. I’m surprised the ratings are as high as they are for this place.. Perhaps it varies depending on who does the serving. Unfortunately for them we found a competitor down the street is way more satisfying and generous everything that now we drive past Mucho on the way to the other restaurant when we feel like mexican type food.

Ate there this afternoon, very disappointing. While the food was good, the staff seemed confused, slow and would rather not be there. The portions were small. I had a large burrito, but it was very small. I wouldn’t rush back:(

Mucho burrito AMAZING!!!. Had an axing experience at mucho last weekend!!! Food was fresh and the atmosphere was so much fun!!! The staff and manager were on top of everything during their lunch rush! Music was really good and everything was really clean with all the traffic that was in their Saturday!!!

The food is fantastic always fresh and tasty! The employees are nice always with a smile on their faces! The manager is friendly always checking up on his customers and the cashier is super funny and sweet! I would defiantly recommend mucho as the number 1 Mexican place to eat in London!!!!
