I decided to try this place because it is close to my house. Boy was I disappointed! Thai is one of my favorite foods and I’ve had it from tons of places. This was probably the worst I’ve had. The pad thai is very bland and tastes like the sauce came out of a package. The yellow curry doesn’t even taste like curry… more like a corn starch thickened bland tumeric sauce. Customer service was good but save your money and get Thai food from any of the other Thai restaurants in town.

Giving this place a 2 because the cashier was really kind and talkative. Ordered the combo #2 and the price is 5.99 on their menu, got charged 7.99. Figured 2 whole dollars won’t break the bank.My combo plate included sweet and sour pork. I realized after one bite that not only is it not meat, it is overdone, deep fried GRISTLE – who knows if it was even pork gristle (really, I’m not joking). Refer to photo. Absolutely nauseating. Set it aside and decided to give the rest a chance… Chop suey was okay. The rice was horribly mixed, and over-boiled, so I got glutinous chunks of white rice amidst the fried rice. Wontons were passable.I left a tip and am only not returning for a full refund because it is not the waitress’ fault that the cooks run a cheap show at this joint. She deserves the tip… but the restaurant will never be getting my business again.

Service 4.5/5Value 4Quality 4Atmosphere 2Spring Rolls are best in London.Panang dishes are top notch and full of flavor.Solid Vegetarian options.Presentation could be improved.Combo meals and dinners are dated and need further options to be desirable.

I really recommend New Tai Hu Chinese and Thai Cusine. One of the best family restaurant in London. Good Food, Fast service, and Friendly. I really like their food, especially Dim sum. I recommend The Salted Fish Fried rice, and the Pad Thai. Wonderful place for enjoying a family meal on weekend or holiday.

Best Pad-tai in london. Staff is very friendly, service is great and food is very traditional with lots of flavour and a lot of seafood complimented by great sauce.Love this place and best chef!!

Best Dim Sum in London. I’ve been to quite a few Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Dim Sum places in London, and none of them compare to Tai Hu. Their weekend dim sum menu is small but everything is hot, fresh and served promptly by friendly staff. The Deluxe Pad Thai is THE BEST in London, much better than Bangkok Pad Thai and so much more affordable. I strongly recommend the stuff bean curd and sticky rice, or the Singapore Vermicelli if you’re ordering on a weekday. New favourite go-to place for Chinese in London! 18carrotgold.com

Delicious. Order the Singapore noodle, ginger beef, Chinese broccoli and Pad Thai. Absolutely everything is delicious though!
