I have been to this place a half dozen times often with other friends and have never heard a negative.This is a family run Portuguese restaurant tucked away in a small strip plaza in the midst of a large residential area. Most family run places, unlike the franchises, have a signature popular offering. That offering for here would be their buffet which most diners prefer. Salads are fresh and other offerings include popular ethnic items of soup, fish, vegetable or pork with main entrees cooked in sauces. Big bonus are the variety of tasty Portuguese desserts.Diners can also order a la carte although most prefer the buffet. It is not a large buffet but is good quality. If you do order from the menu try the shrimp dish which is outstanding.Service is slightly slower during busy times but staff are only usually needed for drinks and coffee. Staff and owners generally on site and very friendly. Love these family runs!Would highly recommend.
