The food at both palasads are consistent and delicious! My family and I had a great time there. We had excellent service and the atmosphere was awesome

Great Experience. My buddy and I went to Palasad the one day with our kids, we had a server named Ashley she had dark longer hair and was very pleasant. We sat where the kids could bowl and we could eat and have a few beers. We had a great experience and went back and asked for that same server again only to find out she was no longer there. We stayed, enjoyed our food and beers again, however it was very saddening to find out that our server was no longer there. You need to get her back, she had great service, was great with us and the kids and she was very attractive which made it even better.
These places have a lot of my $$$. You get consistent food and service at both locations. Although I like the atmosphere at the south better. Wings and pizza are awesome. Great for team and work parties. Cheers!!
Fun. I always manage to have a good night at the Palasad. The chicken wings are fantastic! Love the main with the wings and ribs. Other favourites are the sweet potato fries and the breadsticks with pizza-style marinara and cheese dip. Mmm! They always make excellent cocktails- love the superman and the miami vice. Have been here for lunch as well, recommend the meatball sliders (but would have preferred more sauce, I would ask!) and the loaded potato soup. Have never had any complaints about the service. Friendly, consistent, and a good time!
This place seems like it would be a great place but the service was really slow. The blonde bartender had absolutley no customer service skills and the management did not seem like they knew what they we doing when I needed help with something would not go back again
