Papa Johns Pizza Wellington Rd London On. Order a pizza and it took 2 hrs…and arrived cold. I called twice to complain and cancel order and was told they couldn’t. I was offered no compensation either. The store is only 5min drive away. Horrible customer service. It was my first time trying Papa Johns and now my last, and will tell my friends not to bother either!
Horrible customer service. I called to place an order tonight and spoke with an older man who was rude and seemed annoyed by my phone call. I didn’t hear what he said when he asked for my phone number because he was mumbling and when I expressed that to him he repeated himself with a lot of attitude. He spoke to me like I was bothering him so I decided not to go through with my order and ordered from a different restaurant with better service. I would strongly recommend not dealing with these people, they clearly don’t value customers if they are rude and give attitude right off the bat!
Over this place. I used to love ordering from them the pizza was fresh and toppings were delicious. I just received an order with 5 toppings I think there may have been 3 of each topping on this pizza and the once delicious cinapie was burnt with very little icing. This was not first fail from them in the last 3 months but for me its the last! Good bye papa johns I miss what you used to be!
Wish I could try it…. Usually love Papa John. Don’t really know how good this location is yet. I moved to the area recently, and have ordered a few times, and they have never delivered my pizza, no call or anything. Except once where I was called by head office 30 minutes after placing my order, and they told me that for some reason the store had closed early without notifying them. Was supposed to be called back by the store the next day. Of course, I never was. Needless to say, Papa John’s will not be receiving my business anymore.
Terrible customer service, arrogant on the phone, slow delivery. Just plain brutal..
Horrible Customer service. We use to order once a month maybe more then the quality changed pizza that was good in march April was now missing something. We ordered online and i specifically request 1/2 black olives on one pizza . We got it home and one was just covered in black olives .We picked them off but called to let them know not expecting a problem. The kid that answered the phone said he would try and see if he could do something about it. Then the supposed manager got on the phone and started to tell me that i ordered 1.5 times extra black olives , she started to get rude and said I didn’t know how to use the order form .Ive been in IT for longer than she has been alive then me put me on hold then came back said no need to be a bitch about it and hung up . 30 seconds later the phone rings its her threatening me and telling me to come down there and call her a bitch and to see what happens . With people like this knowing your personal info working in a place like this and with this kind of attitude stay clear she may come to our house if you complain.I reported her and all she got was a dont do it again ..I wont deal with any of these restaurants because of the crappy service and less than good pizza
