  After reading the last lot of reviewed I figured it must be new management because our service was mainly very good and our food was excellent. We were a party of 5 and we ordered the Mixed BBQ Platter for 6 @ $94.99. We started with pita and hummus which arrived hot and promptly. The platter included Paramount rice which was one of the best tasting rices I’ve had in a restaurant. Usually they are very plain and dry. The best ever french fries were also included. The BBQ platter had chicken and beef shawarma, 7 kafta skewers, 4 beef tenderloin skewers, and garlic dipping sauce. It would definitely serve 6 adults with possible leftovers. We took enough home for another meal. I don’t recommend the garlic dipping sauce. It looks like and has the consistency of shortening with garlic mixed in and sure enough when we asked what it was made of we were right. We had a very small piece of baklawa for dessert. 3 tiny pieces are $2.49. Since we didn’t specify size they should have been smart enough to bring us 3 regular sized pieces for more money. Our server did disappear at times and we had to flag down another one to even get dessert and then again to get the bill. But I would definitely recommend the food here. A lot of people were coming in to get take out dessert as they have a display cabinet. They also have a kid’s play area.

  I have been to this place earlier too And today also this place serves the food with same taste as it was 4years before Authentic Lebanese food one can get here 1. FALAFEL is a must try at this place 2. TAWOOK is amazing here3. SHAWARMA is one of the best tried till yet 4. HUMMUS Is something you cant afford to miss at this place because they serve you authentic hummus. Staff is good as well

  Made a first trip to paramount today and I have to be honest- my inner foodie was left disappointed. The restaurant is gorgeous- beautiful decor and big patio- a nice place to be on a hot day. The restaurant also has a sweet community feel- with a bakery, meats, and take out counter. Yet, my meal was small, expensive, and bland tasting. The freshly baked stone Pitas were good and a unique treat but the overall meal didn’t match up to other local Lebanese joints. For a special occasion I would try this restaurant again- but for now I’ll stick to my usual spots
