EXCELLENT. We live part of the year in Hong Kong and believe us, Phat Alberts Star Kitchen, out on Springbank Drive here in London, Ontario, is the real thing. We visit Woodland Cemetery, located very close to The Star Kitchen, when we are here in London and we have passed the Star Kitchen a fair number of times. This evening, after visiting Woodland Cemetery, we decided to stop in and to check it out. What a great find. The interior is very attractive and pleasant. It appears to be immaculately clean. The restrooms are also immaculate. Our server was pleasant. We asked her to turn off the Rap Music and she did as we asked. We also visited with (perhaps) the owner or at least the manager about Hong Kong and our joint memories thereof. Finally our dinner, Singapore Rice Noodles, was as good, if not actually better, than what we are used to enjoying in Hong Kong itself. If you want authentically good Chinese food, this is a place to experience it.
