Rude service, overpriced. I’ve had better tacos at a cheaper price. The hard tacos were thin and soggy after the car ride home. The shredded beef was too fatty. The guacamole was an extra $1.25!!! Guacamole should be included in the price at a Mexican restaurant. My boyfriend ‘s wrap was sloppy and the servers were rude to both him and other customers. The place was packed though so apparently people enjoy bad service and over priced tacos! I probably won’t go back. Very bad first impression. Staff should be more polite to obvious first time customers who have questions about the menu. … no matter how busy the restaurant is.
Overpriced. Ordered two burritos for my husband and I and was charged extra, a dollar each for cheese, this was not on their board and server did not mention it was an extra. This was second time in restaurant and service was unimpressive it was like they don’t care if they are there or not and don’t care for their patrons. Burritos were good but service and atmosphere at Wellington location needs improvement. I will go to Mucho Burrito before I return here
Definitely would recommend this place!. Fresh, delicious food and excellent customer service from all staff members present! I’m definitely going back soon!
We’ve been here many times without issue, although a little expensive. Today though we found the staff exceptionally rude. Talking over each other, losing patience and staring at each other incredulously instead of responding to us. Drink machine not working, yet no one attempts to fix it or refund the drinks we purchased.
Very salty. Wanted to try Qdoba. Went to the East location Clarke and Dundas.Everyone found it very salty, we each got the pick two menu. Nacho’s were very cold, only the very bottom few had any warmth to them. Taco’s we’re so bland. Got the pulled pork and steak, soft taco wraps we’re very sticky. We found the cheese and meat all very salty. I wouldn’t waste my money again.
Meh. Although I like it here. The staff are great but the meat portions are small. I prefer the Argyle location.
Great food (and I don’t usually even enjoy Mexican food)!. I don’t usually really enjoy Mexican food but eat with friends who do. I’ve tried a few Mexican restaurants before (fast food and other) and never really liked anything. Then, I tried a burrito at Qdoba and I loved it! I usually get the fajita ranchera steak burrito but with the BBQ and three-cheese qeso instead of the ranchera sauce. It is a bit expensive for fast food, but the amount of food you get for the price is a good value. I also love their tortilla chips; they are flavourful even plain. Their three-cheese queso is amazing! The pop is one of the Coke machines with a large combination of flavours (ex: vanilla Coke or root bear, peach Sprite, sparkling flavoured water, etc.) My kids enjoy the kids’ meal and it is a decent price. The only thing I don’t like is that they charge extra for certain things. For example, the kids’ meals come with a taco and a side (ex: tortilla chips) but nothing on the tortillas (or to dip) — a small side of salsa or cheese costs extra. Also, even though I choose not to put certain items on my burrito (ex: no beans), they sometimes charge extra for other items that I do put on.
