My wife and I were in London and decided we wanted to do something fun and different. This was our first experience like this. First they took our coats and hung them up for us. Sat us beside a fireplace setting. Our waitress was nervous as it was her first time serving, but she was there to learn. They were prompt in getting drinks and our food. Both meals were delicious and hot. I highly recommend to anyone in town to try this. 10/10 Great work Fanshawe!!
This place is connected to the culinary school at Fanshawe College and is primarily staffed by students attending the school, which I might add has graduated many chefs and restaurant owners on the London scene. The menu is not huge but the offerings are good and well prepared. Weekly specials from the student chefs are featured and reservations usually preferred. Not sure whether this place will be open at its existing location as the Fanshawe Culinary School is moving downtown next September and I imagine the restaurant will soon follow. Closed from mid April to September. Worth a visit.
