I have gotten pizza from over 10 times now. And let me tell you it is absolutely amazing. Never regretted it once. I Usually get 3-4 toppings like bacon, mushrooms, green peppers and pepperoni. The kind of pizza you can get here is very hard to find. The topping portions are generous and the prices are reasonable.The only problem is that sometimes they’re rude over the phone when you call for delivery.
WORST experience EVER! Made me so upset last time we were there!! Pizzas was greasy, disgusting, and with black curly hair in it!!! Wings were dry, I found the same kind of BODY HAIR stuck onto a wing too!!! Sauce was not what it was supposed to taste like! Horrible service! Staff is rude! Don’t waste your time, energy, and money with these disgusting, money hungry jokers! Give a negative ten (-10)!!! They are the worst, seriously!!!
I used the online ordering system (which is hosted by mizpiz.com) and it took 1:46 (yes, 1 hour and 46 minutes) to get 2 medium pizzas delivered. The driver was really nice and apologetic about it… but that doesn’t change the fact that we waited almost 2 hours for delivery. This is our first time ordering from Sopranos West – and definitely our last. As for the pizza itself, it was hot, so I couldn’t blame the driver… but besides that… meh. It’s definitely not in my top 5 pizzas. It’s just OK, in my opinion – if that. There’s way too much cheese on top so you can’t even see or taste the toppings, and the pizza basically just leaves a bit of a salty taste in your mouth. That might be acceptable if you’re a starving college student… which we’re not. Again, this is our first and last time ordering from this place.
Best compared to Rest. We tried many spots in London. Sopranos is always consistently excellent. No need to ask for extra cheese…they already heap each pizza with lots. We like the option of thin crust and extra sauce. We don’t order pizza any place else!
Partially raw chicken wings. I ordered a combo of a couple of pizzas and wings, and We were disappointed to see that majority of the wings were partially raw . I probably won’t order wings from there again
Worst delivery system. My 4 kids and I waited 1 hour for our pizza, after 1 hour the driver was calling our place for directions (creepy, should of been the store calling personally). This is the second time. The first time I was nice and gave directions. This time they lost my business. Pizza is my favorite food. This pizza is not worth a hour + wait. Sorry surpronos pizza I am not going to accept warm pizza every time.
Soprano’s Pizza – West location. Very tasty pizza. Same price as the other folks. Yet, much better tasting than Dominos / Pizza Pizza or Gino’s. I’m sure there are other decent pizza places in town, but this is pretty darn good. That’s very unfortunate about the East London location. If that review is correct based on Deborah’s experience, I would have taken that information public and publicized Soprano’s reputation. Don’t ever let a retailer walk over you. It’s your money, it’s their livelihood.
