We had skillets lots of potatoes not much meat. An earwig came out of sugar bowl put us off the meal. Good quantity ok service the over easy egg was medium so didnt get the yolk over the skillet. Good quantity, good coffee. Spacious, and clean looking other than the earwig in sugar bowl;)

A New Favourite. My fiancee and I visit Southside on a frequent basis have become big fans! What keeps bringing us back is the friendly staff, delicious homemade meals and extremely reasonable prices. We’ve never had a bad experience at Southside and always leave completely satisfied.Food Recommendations: The Roast beef, daily soup specials, wraps, pasta and fresh cut fries.
My family actually walked out of this place filthy my ice tea was like some kind of soup all kinds of thing floating around in it. That was the last straw the place was filthy.
This place has the best breakfast in town at the best prices. Better than Johnny’s, Richies, Billy T’s, Maxwell McCoy’s, Angel’s, Cora’s etc.
Comfort food at a good value. I used to go to the Southside Resaurant regularly. Over time, we stopped going, for no particular reason. Recently, we had brunch at Denny’s. I was less than impressed. I remembered how we used to enjoy the Southside and we started going back. The Breakfast menu was great and the lunch menu was simplified and updated. It wasn’t anything fancy, but you can get homemade soup, a nice burger, a decent clubhouse or a plate of bacon & eggs, come away satisfied and not break the bank. Fresh cut fries are my weakness, and Southside makes ’em fresh.
Great breakfast!. Southside serves a great all-day breakfast with perfect eggs! Very friendly service too.
